3" (7.62cm) qualification patch I designed at the request of British Fleet Air Arm pilots who wanted their own emblem honoring their service as 'Tailhookers' flying with American NAVAIR squadrons. As part of a familiarization program between the two countries, pilots fly with the allied country - including on combat missions,
Features a T-45 aircraft (used to train 'Tailhookers') on the front and black Velcro on the back of the patch.
